President
Dr. Michel Munganga Kiputa
I am Doctor Michel Munganga, the founding President of the RCDI - ONGD which is a non-profit organization of development located in the DR. Congo, Kinshasa. I graduated from the University of Kinshasa with a degree in medicine. I have been working for 5 years as a medical volunteer assistant with Operation Smile South Africa. I am also a current member of the United Nation Association working in the department of Climate and Environmental Action Affinity Group. Right now, I live in the United States with a family of 7 in the beautiful city of Lexington in Kentucky.
Co-Founding President
Laurette Kitary Boba
Hi, I am Laurette Kitary Boba, the Co-founder of the RCDI - ONGD non-profit organization. I graduated with honors with a degree in Law from University of Kinshasa. I worked as a trainee lawyer in the Cabinet of Kembukuswa. I currently live in the United States with my family. I am a wife and a proud mother of 6 children. Together with my Husband, we helped build this great organization in which we represent it from the USA and conduct many service donations throughout the year.

Regional Representative in DR. Congo
Dr. Aimee Vula Ngombe
I am Doctor Aimee Vula Ngombe, the regional representative for the RCDI - ONGD in the Congo. One of my main job is to ensure different programs and initiatives are implemented accurately and effectively. I help build partnership and oversee regional activities and addresses the unique needs of the area to help advance the organization's mission. I have a degree in medicine working at the Kimbanguiste hospital. I am married and a happy mother of 5 children.
Regional Secretary
Mr. Paradis Ngoy Tshimanga
Hello, I am Paradis Ngoy Tshimanga, the regional secretary of the RCDI - ONGD in the DR. Congo. As part of my role, I handle administrative and communication tasks for the region, ensuring smooth operations and effective record-keeping. I also help with organizing meetings, managing correspondence and supporting regional leadership.
Regional Coordinator
Ms. Bernadette Faida Kalema
Hey, My name is Bernadette Faida Kalema, the regional coordinator for the RCDI ONGD. I have a degree in international relations from the Univerisity of Kinshasa. As the coordinator, I help coordinate resources and policies as well as manage and support different operations within our region ensuring local teams and partner's needs are met.
